"I have been competing in agility since I was 10 years old, so 17 years ago (wow that makes me feel old).
I got into agility after moving in with my aunt and uncle, shortly after my mum passed away. Agility became very much an escape for me and the agility community helped me gain confidence and come out of my shell throughout my childhood.
I have competed at Crufts in several YKC finals and have recently qualified on to Team England for the WAO’s in Netherlands in May 2025 😁
I have been judging since 2022 as a way of trying to give back to the community that helped shape me and helped me get through tough times. I also started judging around the same time my aunt’s health started declining and I continue to strive to progress and achieve as much as I can in her memory.
I have judged a couple of KC qualifier’s, judged at KCI, I am judging in Northern Ireland in March and I am continuing to grow as a judge whilst learning from some amazing judges in the UK and taking inspiration from many different judges across Europe."
" I have been competing in agility for 12 years now. After retiring myself from eventing horses, agility felt like a natural transition and filled a very big void that the horses left!
I'm very passionate about course design and really enjoying judging, I get the best seat in the house and I love watching the little bonus moments, a little kiss on the startline or a big celebration at the end; often regardless of outcome!
Before now, I have competed at the Grand Finals, and I really enjoyed the buzz that kind of event gives you, so I am absolutely thrilled to be judging this year! "
